Passionate about baking since childhood, I spent years learning, failing, starting over — and ultimately falling in love with the process as much as the result. Today I want to share that passion with you.

My workshops are designed to be accessible, warm and relaxed. We're not chasing perfection — we're chasing the pleasure of making something with our hands, and the smell of fresh bread in the kitchen.
